Title: Chicken and Rice Soup (Jewish Penecillin)

2qtChicken stock
1 1/2cJasmine rice, uncooked
3 Boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 Carrots, raw, cubed
  Salt and pepper to taste

To the chicken stock, add the carrots, rice, and cubed cooked chicken.

Simmer over a low heat until carrots and rice are cooked. Season with salt and pepper and serve nice and hot with soda crackers.
